Community Service

Today I was able to go serve at the community food pantry. This is my second time participating at this event. I learned that they see over 500 hundred family's a month with I think is amazing and what a great opportunity this is for the people how really need it to come and get food. The sad thing is that they only get to come once a month, you get alot of food but not enough for a months worth. I can tell its getting closer to the holidays more and more food keeps getting donated which is wonderful I just wish that it would be donated all year around rather than just at the holiday time cause people need to eat all the time not just when it Christmas. But more people feel like giving and are in the holiday spirit this time of year. I am grateful I was able to go serve the community that I live in and make a difference I someone elses life.
